This is the 2nd time we have dealt with First 4 Homes in selling properties (both times for our parents houses) and we can honestly say the service and advice received throughout the whole process, on both occasions, has been first class. Both Allan and Stacey (who we have primarily corresponded with) are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend them if you are selling or buying your property. The owner and staff have made what could have been a stressful situation for us, stress free. I have dealt with other estate agents many years ago and although they got the job done, In my opinion, First 4 Homes offers a more personal service. I would highly recommend First 4 Homes to anyone dealing with a property sale/purchase.

Allan and the team made purchasing and selling our home a pleasant experience. They were accommodating and worked around our lives with two young kids when it came to viewings by their viewing agent. Selling even achieved above home report value with the well advertised and pictures taken. Provided recommendations for solicitors and surveyors they work with too. Fabulous team at First for homes. The whole team are extremely supportive throughout Communication is very good through the whole process. A fair price for selling your property. This team work really hard on selling your property from featured ads additional platforms and videos even on tik tok now my cats are famous lol. When there was a sticking point in the sale Joanne jumped right on this and checked up on everyone in the chain. For a smooth process did for more than my solicitor did. Would highly recommend

I found the whole team to be very focused on selling your home for the right price for you. From the start when I made the call to their office to Allan coming out. He gave me a very fair valuation and what to expect. All the fees were upfront and explained so nothing was a surprise. Allan also gave me hints on how to maximise the sale price. They also organise your home report which did bring up an issue, however Allan organised a company to come out at very short notice and the work was completed in a timely manner.
